TeachKeep Support

Tell us what failed, not everything in the portfolio. We should never need a child’s full record to answer an ordinary support question.

Contact support

Email[email protected]. We will respond as soon as practical.

For faster troubleshooting, include your platform, device model, operating system, TeachKeep version, the screen where the issue occurred, and the steps that reproduce it. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, child names, birth dates, raw archives, or record contents unless they are essential and support has asked for the smallest relevant example.

Launch status

The TeachKeep website is live while the mobile app is prepared for release. The iPhone listing is not yet linked because a live public listing has not been verified. Android is planned after the initial iPhone production health check.

Common questions

Where are homeschool records stored?

Core records are designed to stay locally on the device by default. Review the current in-app privacy explanation for the exact version you use. Removing the app, clearing storage, or losing a device can remove records that were never independently exported or backed up.

How do I preserve a copy?

Use the raw archive export, then store the copy in a destination you control. Confirm the file opens before deleting data or changing devices. The current iPhone version does not create a PDF portfolio report.

How do I restore Household Plus?

Open Settings or the purchase screen and choose Restore Purchases while signed in to the store account used for the purchase. Restore unlocks an eligible entitlement; it does not recover local homeschool records.

How do I cancel?

Manage the subscription through Apple using the account that made the purchase. Uninstalling the app, deleting a child profile, or using delete all does not cancel billing.

How do I delete data?

Use the in-app delete-all control to remove all local records and profiles. Export anything you need to keep first. The current version does not delete individual records. A local delete does not remove purchase history held by an app store.

Can TeachKeep tell me that my portfolio is legally compliant?

No. TeachKeep can show completed-activity counts and link to a source-reviewed public guide. It does not provide legal advice, conduct an evaluation, submit to a district, or guarantee acceptance.
