Make learner selection a required part of capture. Display the learner near the activity title and date. When a shared activity happens, create a record for each participating learner if individual histories need to reflect it.

Start the weekly check from the household overview to identify gaps. Then open each learner’s record separately. Look for entries saved to the wrong profile, activity titles that are too vague, and school-year boundaries that need correction.
